TASSA 2026 Conference

Please mark your calendars for the TASSA Conference 2026, to be held on October 2-4, 2026.
The theme of TASSA 2026, “Bridging Innovation in the Era of AI: Transnational Impact Across the U.S. and Türkiye,” highlights the transformative role of artificial intelligence, science, engineering, health, education, social sciences, and the humanities in shaping the future of global collaboration.
We look forward to welcoming scholars, scientists, students, and professionals for an engaging gathering of ideas, collaboration, and community. We are especially pleased to gather at the Sancar Turkish Cultural and Community Center in Chapel Hill, founded by Nobel Laureate Dr. Aziz Sancar and Dr. Gwen Sancar as a place to celebrate Turkish culture, community, and scholarship.

TASSA 2026 Young Scholars Award program aims to recognize the achievements of young Turkish American scholars, as part of the upcoming 2026 TASSA Annual Meeting in North Carolina. Call for Abstracts
TASSA 2026 invites abstract submissions for the poster and lightning presentation sessions of the TASSA 2026 Annual Conference, to be held on October 2–4, 2026, at the Sancar Turkish Cultural and Community Center in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. We especially encourage submissions that present innovative research, interdisciplinary approaches, translational impact, emerging technologies, and opportunities for U.S.-Türkiye collaboration.
