There are four airports close to the New Haven.

  • Tweed, New Haven Airport (HVN) (5 minutes)
    This is a very small airport. There are only a few flights to/from Philadelphia. Even though the flight rate to this airport is high, and flight schedules are tight, it has the advantage of being only 5 minutes driving distance from Yale. After arriving, all you need to do is to take a cab for a fee of $10-15 fee.
  • Bradley International Airport, Hartford (BDL) (50 minutes)
    This is the largest airport of Connecticut. You can either rent a car and use the driving directions below, or you can use CT Limo shuttle service to New Haven ($42 one way fee)

  • John F. Kennedy Airport, NY (JFK) (90 minutes)
    This is the best airport for those coming from Turkey and international attendees. There are direct flights to JFK from Turkey. After arriving JFK, you can either rent a car and use the driving directions below, or you can use CT Limo shuttle service to New Haven ($65 one way fee)
