Bilim Akademisi Congratulates TASSA President Ercan Alp (2025–2028)

TASSA is pleased to share a congratulatory message received from Bilim Akademisi (Science Academy, Türkiye) regarding the election of Ercan Alp as TASSA President for the 2025–2028 term.

In their note dated January 26, 2026, Bilim Akademisi President Hakan S. Örer and General Coordinator Zeynep Güven Ünlü expressed their satisfaction with Dr. Alp’s election and emphasized the growing importance of international scientific solidarity and collaboration, especially at a time when academic freedoms are increasingly under pressure worldwide.
