New Ways to Teach and Learn Economics

Prof. Can Erbil has been working on inventing new ways to teach and learn economics. He has presented his new project titled “The (Virtual) Reality of Economics– Blissful (not dismal) Science,” at the TASSA (Turkish American Scientists and Scalars Association) Biennial Conference (Boston University, MA, USA, June 2nd, 2018). It aims to design a virtual reality environment for economic education.

In addition, he was involved in designing and participating in a brand new course, titled "Machine Learning with Python for Economics and Econometrics” with EcoMod (Economic Modeling Network), which will be offered for the first time in Prague in June 2019.
