Required Skills
- University degree in Business, Marketing, Science or related field
- Minimum 5 years of product-based experience pharmaceutical or medical device company in an international field sales and/or marketing position
- Good experience in developing and leading market initiatives and setting up business plans
- Strategic, conceptual and tactical sales skills
- Strong command of communication & presentation skills and focus on developing and supporting customer relations and sales plans
- Excellent communication skills both in English and in Turkish
- Result oriented personality with strong planning, reporting and analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, high self-motivation, energy and enthusiasm
- Good level of MS office application, excellent command of excel and powerpoint
- Preferably candidates should be resident at European side
- No military obligation for male candidates
- Active driving license
- Flexibility to travel within Turkey and abroad
