TÜBİTAK Congress for Turkish Scientists Living Abroad
With the partnership of Turkish Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology and TÜBİTAK, about 100 Turkish Scientists who live outside of Turkey, were brought together on July 12 and 13 in Istanbul. The aim of the congress was to discuss Turkey's initiatives in science.
For this purpose five different panels were held allowing the participants to voice their observations and make suggestions for a road map for science in Turkey. In each panel there was one moderator and 45 panelists, where the moderator collected all the discussion results into one report.
