Engineering PhD student Mustafa Unal wins 2 prestigious awards

Engineering PhD student Mustafa Unal wins 2 prestigious awards. Mr. Unal is a PhD student works at the Case Applied Raman Spectroscopy (CARS) Laboratory and Tissue Fabrication and Mechanobiology Laboratory in the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at the Case Western Reserver University.

Unal's first award is from the prestigious Federation of Analytical Chemisty and Spectroscopy Societies (FACSS) student award. Unal was selected based on his academic achievements and quality of submitted research paper at SciX conference.

The second award is from the Orthopaedic Research Society. Unal has been selected to receive the Osteoarthritis Young Investigator Award at the 46th International Sun Valley Workshop on Musculoskeletal Biology.
